Just that tails of the OX. The English like and eat stuff like that. Best way to cook them is in a pressure cooker. They make a good stew. I never had them but the English I know love them.

They are mostly used in stews and the such. They add nice flavor and get really tender. You just eat the outside meat portion although I have actually seen people eat the middle which is the marrow. I always thought ox tail was just that, ox tail but maybe I am wrong.

Ox tail are very good They are the tail of an Ox You boil them,then I bake them to give them an crunchy taste. Serve them with rice and green beans

ox tails are, of course, tails from a cow or steer. well the first foot or so. they make delicious soup. I presure cook the meat off the bone(half an hour) and then add all the veggies i can think of and pressure cook for another half hour. but the tail is generally really fatty so you need to trim all the fat you can. best vegetable soup you'll ever taste.

beef and kinda greasy i boil mine for 30 minutes pour all that water off fill it back up with hot water and cook for another 2 112 hours on medium heat i put in a cup of celery a onion salt pepper a little garlic powder and a little onion powder and just let it cook til its done i let it cook altogether for 3 hours just make sure all the water doesnt cook out when its done i put over rice the juice flavors the rice but its not overpowering and it is very good everybody i have have ever cooked it for has like it my b/f on the other hand cooks it for 2 hours and puts it in the oven with bbq sauce i think its greasy his family likes it that way

they are cow's tails. they taste excellent in stews :) my mum makes them for special occasions cause they tend to be quite costly... you should try :p
