I have three dachsunds. My youngest who is about a year keeps urinating in the other one's dog bowl. I've been picking up the bowls after they eat but forgot again today and he's back at it. Help. This is wierd.

I would say it's marking territory. Sounds as if you have an alpha male on your hands. They are stubborn and territorial. You will need to establish yourself as the Alpha dog. Dogs need leadership and they look for a pack leader. He is trying to assert himself as the pack leader. He will eventually try to be your boss also if you allow it. The next time you catch him engaged in this behavior, pull your lips back in a sneer, so he can see your teeth and growl at him. At the same time, scruff shake him,but don't hurt him. It will startle him and tell him in dog language that his behavior is not acceptable. I know it sounds silly but it helped me to train a very large breed alpha male

Do you have a litterbox and if so is the dog bowl near it? Does he like the food you feed him? Are you giving a larger amount of food to the other dog? Does the bowl stink? If yes to any of these then think over what to do to fix this.

That is very weird, I have no idea why he is doing that except dogs mark their territory by urinating maybe he is claiming the dog food bowl as his?¿?

Try feeding them in seperate areas. The little on could be marking the food bowl 'his'.
