It depends on the number of eggs, how you eat them, and what part of the egg you eat. The healthiest way of eating eggs is to dump the yolk, which no one has explained yet. The yolk contains all the fat and cholesterol, so just eat the egg whites, which are about 80% water but are a very good source of protein and contain zero fat. Thus you could probably eat a large number of them every morning without ill effect. The average egg white contains about 3g protein which is equivalent to about half a cup of milk.

The healthiest way of consuming egg whites is without using oils, e.g. raw (as in a shake), or poached or boiled, although I'd personally avoid raw eggs because of potential food poisoning issues.

Well, proteins a great way to start the day... What you eat in the morning will often make it so its what you crave the rest of the day. I think eating eggs every morning would be healthy but I'd balance it out. Like have a yogurt or a banana with it. Also add a piece of toast. But eggs are healthy I think its alright every morning. I hope I helped.

Yes, I believe it is. They are incredibly nutritious. A lot of people claim the cholesterol is bad for you. It depends on what the rest of your diet is like. If you're eating the eggs cooked in lots of butter with a side of bacon, then yes, the fat and cholesterol is not good for you. Also, whether or not you are eating a lot of processed foods in general will determine if its bad for you. If you're already getting a lot of fat and cholesterol from your diet, then you shouldn't add anymore.

Eggs are the perfect food. The yolks improve cholesterol levels, and they're full of protein and fats, whcih are good for your heart and general health. Eat away.
