well it depends on WHICH ladies...teens and women in their 20s, usually have longish, straight hair, possibly highlighted, or a 'scrunched' style, which should look wet. By their 30s most women have hair that isn't a 'boy-cut' yet, but is above their shoulders. Older women tend to get shorter hairstyles ('boy-cuts') but longer hair for older women are beginning to come back 'in'.

the hair style i found to be very popular is big curly hair with a fat headband u will really stand out with beauty or another one is put ur hair in a ponytail and put a little hump at the top to make the hump just use bobbypins to hold anyway with any of theese hairstyle u use u really look beautiful.

try a ponytail and a hump like my avatar or a little bit above the shoulders bob thing. both are something u should try and if your a little older you might want the bob!!

bedhead hair (think sexy, tousled like in the victoria secret's ads) OR sleek and straight using a straightening iron. nothing too "out there" is in right now.
