Defend & Resist Complex promotes production of white blood cells and activates immune system.

It's nature's natural "antibiotic" and contains echinacea, zinc, black elderberry and larch tree.

Also, NutriFeron promotes production of white blood cells. It's a clinically proven blend of immune-strengthening plant extracts. Taken daily, NutriFeron strengthens immune system by boosting the body's natural interferon.

These are both all natural supplements with no bad side effects.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions.

There are drugs that increas white cell production that are used with cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.

The only person who would know what might work is your rheumatologist.

There is no "natural" thing you can do to boost white cell production.

I have lupus and take two immunosuppressives at this time. I am monitored every 3 months and always have borderline leukopenia. I would suggest that you not try to second guess your doctor. Immune disorders are serious business.

If your neutrophils don't work, they just don't work. I too have a genetic immune deficiency (my b-cells don't work) and try to boost the parts of my immune system that do work. This is my suggestion for you, work to help the parts of your immune system that do work, work better. I eat an excellent diet full of natural un-processed foods, lots of fruits and veggies and limit sugar. I also take a multi-vitamin and AHCC, which is supposed to boost t-cell production and function. Best of luck!
