There are loads of ways to call someone stupid in Hindi, but my favorite and
slighlty more tilting towards the *Idiot* meaning would be "Bevakoof"
[pronounced "Bay-va-koof" with "Bay" as in bait, "va" as in vertigo, "koo" as in
coup and "f" and fff :p]
Incidently, Hindi in itself doesn't have a lot of swear words, all the major ones now-a-days are mere translations of English swears, so calling someone "Bevakoof" can be quiet an insult...don't worry though, it's still funny as long as like you don't call the dean a "Bevakoof" on his/her face...but that's common sense right?...Right? *twidles thumbs and whistles*. Also, more accurately, stupid or idiot in Hindi would be "Moorkh"!!
