Would your family be there?
Could you watch over those still living, interact with them?
Would all people gain acceptance, or only those who have certain beliefs?
Would the afterlife be all pleasure or would it be similar to earth?

Very interesting question thank you, although I dont believe in an afterlife, I would like to give you a few examples of what I would like to see happen. I liked very mugh the world created by the movie, "What dreams May Come".The TV series "Dead Like Me" depicting a person who after dying becomes a grim reaper and gets to live on Earth and basically have a normal "life after life" gives a welcome opportunity and I guess re-incarnation. hope that helps.

i would want it to by similar to earth without all the problems. some people think that heaven is a whole bunch of clouds. God's original paradise was the garden of eden so how then do they think that heaven will be boring. look around at all the wonders that God has created on earth. if earth is his footstoll, how much greater will be heaven. it is said that noone can even comprihend what is in store for us.

i don't think that the dead should contact the living in case the living be accused of divination.

only those with certain beliefs and i'll tell you why, because what you believe controls your actions. if you believe it's ok to do wrong then you probably will. if you believe in love and peace then those are the things that you will do.

it would be all pleasure. if God created sex how much better can we expect pleasure in heaven.

so that is what i want it to be like.

I would prefer my family and friends to be there, but would prefer not to have to interact with all of them all the time.
I would like to be able to watch over those still living, especially those who I loved in life, but I would not want to be called at someone's whim in a seance or something.
I think all people would gain acceptance if they chose to, and I do not think it would be all pleasure, because if everything is pleasure, pleasure would become mundane, and no one would appreciate it. However, I think a lot of the things that happen on Earth would not happen, like abuse and exploitation of others.

If-------------yes. I think of it as being a place of greenery and flowers. Lovely lush greenery and flowing rivers and fountains. All good people would be there, we could see our families, and watch over the world as it continues. It would be constant happiness. But, I live for this life. If there is a next life, it will take care of itself. I do not worry about it\, or dwell on it.

I guess I think of it as being like Gan Eden-the garden of Eden.

I would perfer my afterlife to contain family and friends. It would have things I enjoy like mountains, fishing, writing, music etc. I would be able to talk to god it would be like a father/daughter thing not a serve me type thing. Everyone would be so happy.

I would spend eternity sitting behind a desk answering pointless phone calls, faxing things and shipping stuff via FedEx.

Wow, talk about Heaven on Earth! I must already be in Heaven.
(Funny, I don't remember dieing.)

My perfect afterlife would be exactly like Jesus in every way - only multiplied times infinity!

Having had a number of preliminary tastes...it's gonna be goooood!!!

I would want to be me.
My family will be there.
We will be able to watch over the living.
All will gain acceptance according to if they accept Christ as their own personal Saviour.
Paradise or Spirit Prison, depending on how you live this life.

If an afterlife did exist, I would prefer to be dead in it. What next?

Life after death is being with God in his kingdom of everlasting life. You will see your loved ones again, and you will watch over the ones you left on earth. Life after death is the chance to be with God, to see him and to feel him.

Everyone is accepted, even those who have sinned. God forgives our sins, God understands we are only humans.
