There is no answer for that question because everybody is different. That is why there are so many diets and so many different workouts. I lose my weight first in my face, other people lose it in different areas. There is no definite answer.

eating the right foods and when you eat sugar if you want along with eating sugar go excersise really good so that your body can get right of those sugars and fats.but the other great thing to consider is when you get in bed at night dont eat and then fall asleep because when you just sit there its pretty much like sitting around the couch and eating chips and just getting fat almost to easy because you are not excersising basicly.soo... i hope this works for you
