Well there are a couple reasons you might be low but dont realize it
1) Its Winter now and days are shorter, lack of sunshine, more indoors stuff and some people get depressed because of it.
2) Maybe your stressed out about somehing, look back over the past 2 weeks and think about what you have done different or what you have been thinking about.
3) It might also be the food your eating, if your not eating right your mood will be affected by it, try eating lots of healthy stuff and avoid junk food.
4) depending on your age/gender, you could be going through hormone shifts
5) maybe you need a change, something new, a new piece of furniture, room color, or new pet, maybe a new job, usually doing somthing different can help you.
6) you might also be sick, certain illness can result in lost of appitie and litless, if your still considered about it talk to your doctor, but i suggest trying some of the other stuff first.
Hope this helps.
