there is a girl who i considered a good freind but some times i think she wants to just be more then freinds because she stares at me when im not looking alot an has told her freind she liked me...so i asked her out today but she said she had a boyfreind an i kno she really doesnt an was kinda shy when she said all this..but im still wonderin why she said no any good awnsers???

Maybe you took her by surprise and didn't know how to react. She may have been very uncomfortable at that very moment and just blurred out no. Maybe she didn't want to look as if she was 'desperate' to be with you
Maybe she's playing hard to get, but don't think so.
Ask her how her boyfriend is doing and if her story changes, then ask her out again.

She's shy, so I'm going to take it for granted that she isn't playing hard to get. It's a weird possibility that she could have a bf....or someone just asked her out, life can happen quickly and not keep you posted=( Or, she never thought you would ask her out and did the thing that some girls do, decided that she wasn't really into you all that much. I've told friends that I like (insert guys name) and after a few months decide i don't like the guy. Best of luck =)

shes probably scared to be in a relationship. most girls fall for that best guy friend at some point, trust me i have been with mine for the last 6 months... whats scary is the thought that if it doesnt work out alright that your friendship with that person will never be the same after you go out with them... let her know that you really do like her (but only if you REALLY do)... she probably needs some extra reasurrance

let see maybe shes a big flirt? and thinks you are cute and had a crush on you, or actually does like you but knows you guys are too good of friends to go out and it would be awkward so she said no to avoid it all cause she cherishes your friendship more?

if you said yes to these then thats why if not maybe she likes you but is not ready for a date yet or knows that her parents wont allow her to date and shes saving herself the embarrassment

The chick is probably ......um...dumb? You obviously know she likes you not to mention she doesn't have a boyfriend and rejected you. She is probably trying to play hard to get if you know what I mean. No one may really know why she did this but that is my theory.

she said no because she does like you. girls deny the fact that they like you when they really do. you have to just see it just like you saw it in your friend. say no to say yes. thats the gurls modow is! and do if you like her then give her hints about how you feel.

it seems like she is not really interested in you romantically.
she may have said she has a boy friend so she would not hurt your feelings. if you really want to know ask her . do you really want to know?
