You can stick nicotine patches virtually anywhere - apart from close to your heart - with equal effect. I've stuck them on my bum before now, but not many people know that. Unfortunately, if the patches make your arm itch they will probably make anywhere you stick them itch just as much. You can get other forms of nicotine replacement therapy, at the moment I'm using a 'pipe' with nicotine cartridges and am finding them much more effective than the patches were. Good luck with quitting!

You can put them anywhere on your skin - but really you should give up the addiction totally...
I did it by reading this book - it is so easy you would not believe it - you would be doing yourself an injustice if you don't at least buy the book and read it. It gives you all the support you need to stop smoking.
Allen Carr's Easy way to stop smoking - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Allen-Carrs-Easy-Stop-Smoking/dp/0141026898/sr=1-1/qid=1163588059/ref=sr_1_1/202-3429098-7898263?ie=UTF8&s=books
You can thank me later, when you've quit.

I tried to persuade my ex-wife to put them across her mouth. Twice as effective as it makes it impossible to smoke whilst taking away the desire and it would have got her to shut the f*ck up which I saw as an added bonus! :D

You're supposed to put them in a different place everytime, for best effects. So yeah, you can put them anywhere.
