A) Neves could be English, Spanish or French could it be spelled Nieves which could be Spainish
B) Sanford could be English
C) Graca could be Greek or Italian
D) Balakrishtnan Could be Hindu, Iranian, Jewish, Hungarian or Chek
I am not a linguist but I have been looking up my acestral names and have been surprised how many countrys share the same last names. Go to Ancestry.com and look up the origins of those names. Hope this helped you some how. Good luck in your quest!

Sanford: English....that's all I know. I looked on a site for the others, but none were found.
