No, it would be best if you find a way back to mexico right now, it will be harder to walk in the desert with a baby.

In order to receive benefits you must have your own social security card and then you might qualify for certain benefits. Even if you're married you can't collect just because your husband is working.

Why? So you can get on disability and have the taxpayers support you? Sorry for that, I'm just upset because I know it will come out of my pocket. The way benefits work is you have to be married to him before you conceive the baby in order for his benefits to cover your pregnancy. They will cover the baby once it's born, but you will not be covered until you get married to him. As far as the pregnancy, well I'm sorry but it won't cover it. Good luck.

Legally you have to be married to obtain his benefits. With or without a social they will ask for a marriage license. If you cant provide that then it will be denied, especially if it is Health Insurance.

I don't think you are eligible as a girlfriend. If you get married then you probably will become a beneficiary. The baby though, might be entitled. Inquire at www.ssa.gov

no. you are not legal. you need that no for everything. too bad for not being married and not being legal. some states have special programs for mothers with no healthcare but you may have to prove your legal status as well.
