Ok i like this guy since the 7th grade and now i am in 10th. I lost my chance with him and i regret it cause now he has a girlfriend. I just want to know how to get my mind off of him. I kno i should find a new guy, but i don't know where to look. Please help.

this is infatuation most people experienced this once in their life, talking from experience theres nothing much u can do unless u willing to 'steal' him from his gf, but if u cant then u should be kind to urself and distance urself from him and avoid places where u know u can find him. focus on meeting other ppl thru work/social activities and always keep urself occupied. infatuation is not a bad thing it can make u strive for betterment of self but there are risks to be taken if u want the guy and if ur not willing then u might as well step aside,let the guy be happy wiht his girl and u will find someone else too that u will love maybe even more dearly.all the best theres still hope.

I've found that when you don't look, it comes looking for you. But more importantly is this "lost chance" as you call it. In your mind, this guy won't ever go away. It's your first crush and you'll remember it always. Embrace it and cherish the memory. Save his pictures, notes and anything else you have that reminds you of him.
I was in a similar situation and didn't do anything about it until I finally decided to invite her to a college dance. Even though we attended different schools, she agreed! We had a wonderful time and went out several times after ward. Our paths went separate ways, but we enjoyed remembering the old days and it blew her away when I showed her those notes and valentines from grade school. She couldn't believe I'd saved them.

Your in the 10th grade...this boy wont be the only one you ever love...
Hes taken and you missed your chance...you will get a chance with someone else, dont sit around waiting for this guy or your chance may walk right by you.
Your additional information says you have told him...and yet he still didnt ask you out...thats a sure sign to give up on him...hes just not into you.

Try and talk to new guys in your class who might have the same interests as you and their might be a connection there that you never knew about. Its hard to get over someone you have liked for so long, but just because he has a girlfriend doesn't mean anything! You can still be friends with him and show him what he is missing by not being with you. See what he is into and if you two share any similiar interests. good luck!

Ok that was silly. But there are guys all over school. And since you've been drooling over door number one you've probably missed all the other guys who've been drooling over you.
I know what it's like to have your sight set on one guy. But if you let another guy take you out or just have some laughs, the first guy will probably not seem so great after all.

It is okay to still like that person, you just have to let yourself go with this one. You need to tell yourself to focus on something else, even if you find a cute guy possibly just focus on that person, or either focus on your school work, or other activities, it is okay to like someone for a very long time. you may still think that you like him when you are in your 20/s

okay I Guss u r about 15 or 14. u will find a right guy for. just don't rush.if u wanna forget about him go out with u r Friends. hung out. go out go to gym workout. I m sure u will find a good guy u still Young so u still have a log life to go.
