I've answered two questions and given reasonable information about how our criminal justice systems has the capacity to give a break to a young, unsuspecting first time offender.

But both times I've been given the thumbs down. Should young people just plead guilty, get a conviction they will carry with them their entire life making it more difficult to get a job or, in the case a minute ago, make their insurance go up or get their license suspended for their first lousy speeding ticket? NO!!!

if you did something to go to court you should make them prove you guilty because there is always a chance that the judge will rule in your favor.

I answer question on Law Enforcement all the time and I've never recommended anyone to plead guilty who actually didn't think they were guilty. I tell people I arrest or issue citations to that they should come to court if they want to contest the charges. However, most of them know they are guilty and take care of their fines out of court. As far as being a young person, I would recommend you to go to court and ask the judge to either let you take a drivers course and have your case dismissed or work something out as far as community service to have your fine payed that way. As far as first time offenders, many states have "first time offenders acts," a program that if you keep your nose clean when your sentence is up you can have the state remove the charge from your criminal record. However, if you mess up while under sentence, then you keep the charge and it will follow you forever. My recommendation to all young people is this. Keep your life straight with God, keep your nose clean with the law, and join the military when you get out of high school. That way you earn a good honest living and are able to go to college while in the service or when you get out. The military is really a great way of life.

It depends upon the circumstances. If someone gets a ticket, it's pretty hard to fight because there is evidence of the misconduct, as well as a witness, which is one or more police officers.

When it comes to being QUESTIONED about an incident that might be overturned due to lack of evidence, then it may be a good idea to plead the 5th amendment and not speak until representation is present.

Depending on what the crime is, if you plead guilty to something you did, the court may show leniency. Those that fight tooth and nail, whom are guilty, usually get a stiffer sentences if it goes to a jury. Plead out to lesser sentence or piss the judge off and waste the courts time you get a greater sentence.

It makes the process much easier to plead guilty, and yes as law enforcement officers, (they want people to confess to the wrongs they commit to society) although your argument is good, lets face it minors court records are sealed at 18,

because it makes their job easier-if the defendant pleads guilty there are no witnesses to breif and to escort to court-and police officers need not appear themselves if the defendant enters a guilty plea. also cases tend not to drag on wasting resouces because the defendant is usually weighed in (sentenced) at the first hearing.

properly it relies upon in case you define Socialism as something carried out via a central authority for the sake of Society OR The political sense that the guy exists to serve Society as antagonistic to any incorrect way around. it is like asking if Liberal recommend very own generosity or generosity with different peoples funds. in case you recognize the Political Spectrum is going from 0 government to entire government, I.e. Anarchist, Libertarian, Conservative, reasonable, Liberal, Socialist, Communist.... then you definately understand a Conservative merely believes in a lots smaller government than a Socialist. Cons see "Socialism" as severe government potential, extremely than the verbal trick of defining it as ANY use of government potential. Cons see effective properly controlled regulation enforcement as actual looking and necessary. by way of fact it is not any longer severe it is not any longer Socialism. Crime administration is the government serving the persons. yet what if government FORCES you to purchase well being care you do no longer want or want? What if government FORCES you to purchase it for others? What if the government FORCES you to fund a retirement saving application called Social secure practices, blows the money on vote figuring out to purchase wealth flow classes, then will pay for previous people via taxing the extra youthful? it extremely is this style of Socialist crap pissing off Conservatives & the Tea party crowd. it extremely is the crap bankrupting usa & Europe. while is known by way of fact the quantity of government extremely than the existence of government the so called hypocrisy disappears. entire Socialism means all your income flow to the government & the government makes a decision to furnish decrease back what they think of you like. it is not any longer comparable to paying 10% of your earnings for effective regulation enforcement.
