If so, wouldn't it only last for about 30 minutes?
Do you think it might help to keep a big bottle of water in my room with crystal light in it?

I keep a gallon of bottle water in my bedroom and drink it until an hour before I go to bed. That way my bladder is empty before I go to bed. Yes, water is a great filler - I also eat carrot sticks.

It can help you imagine that you are full. Especially hot water. I wouldn't recommend substituting healthy food with it though. Water is only part of well balanced intake.

Water will temporarily fill you up, but it will run through your system like nothing. If you looking to eat healthy, munch on raw veggies or fruits instead.

Yes,water can make you full.Believe it or not you are 95% full of water.That why they want you to drink water before your dinner.

Too much water will make you bloated . Your idea is okay..It depends on how much you drink , the time lapse.
