Making wine requires following a process and not a recipe per se.

The process you use will vary based on whether you are making a red or a white wine.

If you do not have access to fresh grapes, you can find concentrates to work with - check your local homebrew supply store. The concentrates have very clear instructions - however, if they suggest adding sugar, do not do it! It would be better to simply increase the amount of concentrate.

Good Luck

There's ninety bazillion recipes for grape wine. It all depends on what raw materials you have available to you.
The quick and dirty is to use grape juice, sufficient wine yeast (not baking yeast), nutrient, enough acid to get the pH just so for whatever strain of yeast you're using, and let 'er rip.
