If you talk to yourself aloud, like when you remember a mistake you did and shout" Stupid me", etc. Does this make you crazy? Or is it normanl?

Man, I do that all the time! I don't think I'm crazy for it, but lately the voices have told me otherwise. j/k lol

I don' think there is anything wrong with talking to yourself outloud. But you should try to use some positive self talk too! Like... when you do something good, "wow I'm good!" don't just use the bad stuff! :)

I have always been told you are not crazy if you talk to your self, just don't answer your self.

well, if you can verbalize with yourself and not your imaginary friend, then you know you arent crazy. Its only abnormal to be caught.

its normal cause your realizing your mistake you might just be a little loud but its normal everyone does it
