If you consider God as being infinite, then he most suredly can. Why? A box that God couldn't pick up would be infinitely heavy. So, what is beyond infinite? God is infinite, and nothing is beyond Him. And besides, He wouldn't have to move it with His arms. He would just will it, like light, when He said, "Let there be light!"
