I have a rock cornish game hen in the freezer that is 22 oz. Is there some way I can thaw the hen without having to wait overnight?

Thawing something out like that wouldn't taste as good as just waiting till tommorow. But if you really want you might be able to do so in the microwave for about 6 min.

In a bowl, cover with tap water, cold, change the water every 30 minutes for 1 1/2 hours, that would be 2X. Curried Rice goes good with that hen, hhmmm? We have a recipe for you, ask.

You can put it in cold water a bowl to thaw it. Keep checking on it and changing the water if needed.
