Not just a literal tranlsation, I can do that, what does it really mean?

"Le coeur a sa propres raisons que les yeux ne peuvent pas voir"

I translated it to:

"The heart has its own reasons which the eyes cannot see" What does that mean?

Its hard to explain but I will try. You feel things with your heart, you do things because your heart tells you to and it doesn't matter what your eyes actually see. Like a person who only likes beautiful people goes blind, then falls in love with someone they would have never looked twice at before, they fall in love with the REAL person and not the looks.

I'm a native french speaker living in Oz and that is really wrong : the real saying is "Le coeur a ses raisons que la raison ignore" which in english is often heard as "The heart wants what it wants". I hope this is helpfull.

the heart has its own reasons that the eyes can't see

it reminds me of the saying by blaise pascal - the heart has its reasons of which reason knows nothing ("la coeur a ses raisons que la raison connait point")

It means that what you see is not always whats really there. For example say you meet somebody who is extremely ugly but there personality and everything eles about them is perfect and you fall in love with them, your following what your heart sees not what your eyes see.

Hope I Helped :)

Yep, that'll be "maintenant" meaning "now." it may also be reported as "Mat-n-ahng." it would make experience that she would say it as she's masking some thing because she's probable utilizing it in a "now we are able to study about X" variety of way.
