I think its really cute if you are in high school otherwise no way. And you cant keep it like that long kinda like a fashion statement just do it for like a week to get every ones attention and then shave it.
I'm sorry I misunderstood I thought I read shave the back of your head. Now that I read it correctly I think its really gross. Shave all your back hair completely. Yuck!

No, because back hair is icky. Shave or wax, then get a tattoo if you insist on putting her name somewhere. Henna might be better...
