Go to the doctor. it may be just a bug but you need to know for sure. I know mine did the same way when it was my appendix but the say there is a new stomach bug with all the same symptoms as that. So please go to the ER and get checked out for your safety.

did u donate blood? this happens when u donate blood sometimes.. if not then u have SARS or soemthign bad.. go to a doctor..
