I ,hope for your sake that you managed to cancel them in time but you must admit, it's a bit silly , taking all your credit cards out with you, if you are prone to getting a bit drunk

I would like to tell you that there's nothing to worry about but in this day and age the things criminals can do... with the minimal amount of assistance is astounding. Best to change your account number if you had anything in your wallet that had your account number on it. I know some Maestro cards have your account number and sort code on them.

If you cancelled your cards you should be ok. Ask for the cancellation of your cards to be confirmed in writing, so if you get any bills, you can prove your card has been cancelled, otherwise you've got no proof.

Oh, & next time - BE CAREFUL!!!

Nah. What's the worst that can happen? Identity theft? Just make sure all your cards are fully cancelled.
