I know this is a crazy question. However, it needs to be asked because...well damn it, just because I'm asking so that's reason enough. Anyway, I'll be thinking about is there really a heaven, and also I'll be thinking about is there anyway I can do something that takes an all out effort before I'm going to die. Example: Tell someone something that I can pass on to someone else to where they make sure they don't forget to keep passing what I say on to someone so in a way I'm never forgotten. Kind of like the Bible. Legendary words made true. Passed on for thousands of years. What would you think about and what would you do in your last few minutes on Earth?

Tell my husband that I love him and that we will meet again. Look forward to going to the Otherworld to feast with my deities. Rest peacefully.

Assuming that I know I'm dying, I'll probably be thinking, praying, and hoping for quick and painless passage from earth to the next dimension. More than likely, if I know I'm dying, though, I'll probably be in intense pain and just wishing it were over and thinking, "This is it, I'm dying". If I'm healthy and able enough to actually do something in those last minutes, I would make sure my loved ones knew how I felt and resolve any outstanding issues....

That would depend on what I was dying of. It could be anything from "Damn, this really fragging hurts!" to "Who will remember me when I'm gone?"

I came close to dying once. A bullet slammed against a wall right near my head. The only thing that was in my head at that moment was pretty unprintable.

In some death instances like a train wreck/car accident/plane crash from your fault or somebody elses you don't have a second to think at the millisecond of dying.

Until I'm in that situation, I have no idea. I just hope that there will be someone with me. Someone who loves me enough to hold my hand while I cross over into ghost-land.

I don't know, I haven't died yet. I think I would prefer to die in an explosion or something else that would kill me very quickly, so I suppose my thoughts pre-death would have nothing to do with my impending death.
