Proselytization is big in India and Africa. It is a simple process: seek out the poor and financially downtrodden people and pay them to convert to Christianity. there is no faith or preaching involved.
the quality of converts like these leaves a lot to be desired. The Evangelical world will eventually learn in time that they've brought/bought nothing but trouble upon themselves by getting poor quality converts like these.
Graham Steines and his two children were burnt alive in their car by Hindu nationalists a few years ago. They were apprehended and released for lack of evidence.
they have very little success with Muslims though. and its no surprise. Indian evangelicals are downright rude and impolite and if they had a gun, they would surely put it to your head and ask you to convert or die.

Well I think that all the religions in the name of Jesus will either have to change some things or follow in the steps of the Mayans! Evangelicals go to the people, there are fewer sex or other nasty things in their ways that the catholics, men are allowed to marry ,important for South America and other Hispanic nations, and they interpret the Bible so the people can understand it, i had a friend who refused the communion at the catholic church we both went to , because she thaught that swalling Jesus might get her pregnant! All I know is this; there is INTELLIGENCE in the creation of all that is ; we ourselves are thinking , living ,with conscience beings! Surely out of nothing is not the answer! I believe in a Being or nature whole that we are part of , and that our own actions lead us to where we are, because you see in the name of Jesus all kinds of lies have been told. iam part of the Spiritual part of this world, and I as such will try to do the best of goodness, and I like an ant cannot understand the mystery. Amen.

America is by no means the headquarters of evangelism. There are actually more missionaries coming out of India now than Ireland - once the most evangelical country in the world.
Yes, the Catholic Church is very concerned about Evangelical Protestant proselytizing in Central and South America. This activity is what is commonly referred to as 'sheep stealing'. These people have been Christian for centuries. Their entire culture is very closely related to the Catholic Faith. But, because they are poor, opportunistic Evangelicals use charity as a foot in the door to trick these people of simple faith with lies and distortions about the Catholic Faith.
I'm sure you won't give me 'Best Answer' for this, but it's the truth.

With over 170 distinct religions counted in the 2001 Census, the religious make-up of the UK is highly diverse, complex, multicultural and surprising. About half of the British believe in God, yet about 72% told the 2001 census that they were Christian. Between 1979 and 2005, half of all Christians stopped going to church on a Sunday. Religion in Britain has suffered an immense decline since the 1950s, and all indicators show a continued secularisation of British society in line with other European countries such as France.

The headquarters is Heaven.....
There is only one faith and it upholds a strict code of standards as taught by Jesus.
The one true faith does not believe everyone goes to heaven when they die because the meek will inherit the earth
The true faith teaches that hell is the common grave of all mankind
The true faith wants all peoples to obey Gods standards and worships and honors the Most High God
The true faith will teach us that Jesus was no part of the world and his followers should be no part of the world......wars, politics...saluting flags....reciting national anthems.
All men must come together in love and peace and be determined that nothing is more important than the true God Jehovah.

The bible most closely associates being "Christian" with PREACHING about Christ and Christ's teachings. Review all three times the bible uses the term "Christian" and note that the context connects the term with:
"declaring the good news"
'teaching quite a crowd'
'open eyes, turn from dark to light'
"uttering sayings of truth"
"persuade"
"keep on glorifying"
(Acts 11:20-26) [The early disciples of Jesus] began talking to the Greek-speaking people, declaring the good news of the Lord Jesus... and taught quite a crowd, and it was first in Antioch that the disciples were by divine providence called Christians.
(Acts 26:17-28) [Jesus said to Paul] I am sending you, to open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light and from the authority of Satan to God... Paul said: “I am not going mad, Your Excellency Festus, but I am uttering sayings of truth and of soundness of mind. ...Do you, King Agrippa, believe the Prophets? I know you believe.” But Agrippa said to Paul: “In a short time you would persuade me to become a Christian.”
(1 Peter 4:14-16) If you are being reproached for the name of Christ, you are happy... But if he suffers as a Christian, let him not feel shame, but let him keep on glorifying God in this name
Sadly, so-called "Christians" try to hijack the term "Christian" and hide its Scriptural implications. Yet, the preaching work makes it clear that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are by far the most prominent followers of Christ:
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded
