yeah but some girls are touchy like that and some guys really can't tell whether they're just being flirty like that to them or if theyre friendly like that to everyone.. so um judging by the fact that she flirts and is touchy, i guess it's safe to say shes interested and ready for u to make a move

Just ask her out she likes you and is afraid of the turn down or if you want get to know her more that way you can make it last as a friend
