The best diet pill that I ever used was Hydroxycut with Ephedra. Since they have taken out the Ephedra, it isn't the same at all. There is no other fat-burner that I have tried that is better than Ephedra. Good luck finding it though. All of the people that abused it and had adverse effects have made it illegal in many places. Alcohol can kill you too, and it does kill many people, but it's still legal. Makes you wonder why Ephedra is really illegal.

I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. none, because if they worked you wouldn't have to always be on them. Once you stop...you gain the weight back...I would trust a doctor or dietition...not a company that says that "doctor's approve of this pill"
Do it the natural way..like a balanced eating diet and healthy exercise..and your new eating and exercise habits make you lose weight properly
