I have the same problem, eating an apple helps. Wether people like them or not. There top on the list of foods that fill you up fast. I get stuffed from eating one.

I find keeping my hands busy like sewing or drawing doing a crossword puzzle or if at work, keep busy so your thoughts do not have time to think of hunger. This has worked for me for most of my life. I come from a heavy family and I was determind to keep myself from over eating.

Apple juice is pretty filling and each 8 oz has like 110 caleries...good caleries.

Well..you could chew gum or eat sugar free candy. Don't forget if you are dieting, you can eat all the veggies you want and fruit!

Eat nuts...especially peanuts or almonds. Nuts have good fat and lots of fiber that can help curb your appetite.

I find when I'm busy I'm not thinking about food. I think about it if I watch tv.
