1. My current boyfriend, who is a law student, like me. I love him a lot, but I sometimes wonder if he really feels the same way about me. I'm constantly jealous of his ex, who he dated for 3 years. We've been dating for 3 months, and he says he loves me. However, I can't be assured things will last.
2. My ex. I dated him for over a year. We broke up 3 years ago and have remained close since. He's really smart (he's a medical student!), and I used to really love him. I'm not sure if I still feel that way, but I used to think he was the guy I'm supposed to marry. I know he would never cheat on me, but I'm not sure if my love for him is as strong as my love for my current boyfriend. He's secure, my current boyfriend is more mysterious (mainly because I don't know him as well).

You are jealous of his ex, but yet you are considering picking your own ex? I think he really does love you and wants to be with you forever, but you still have feelings for your ex. You cannot comprehend his feelings for his ex because you incorperate your feelings for your ex as his feelings for his ex.
Choice is yours though. I'm leaning towards your current boyfriend if you really love him. If you have feelings for your ex, I'd pick neither. Relationships with an ex usually doesn't work too well in my experiences.

ummmm, i will pick with your ex. But i think that you love your current boyfriend more than your ex. So for you, stay with your current boyfriend.

I say date them both.
Be honest with them both...tell them what you told us here. Heck, use the FWD feature from this page! :)
If they say no deal, be done with them both and find a new honey....then never look back. You'll be agonizing over the "could have, should have, etc..."
