Become an anglican, study theology, be ordained as a Reverend, try to be elevated to an anglican bishop soon and than good luck when they elect the next Primat of the anglican church the Archbishop :o)

Start with becoming a GOOD Pastoral Minister in a parish.
Do so good that you become a Bishop and, eventually, the Archbishop of York.
Learn to speak and write the English language correctly. (e.g., I want to be; not, I wanna be".
Eventually you might become the Archbishop of Canterbury and get to live in Lambeth Palace.
I expect at that level you may get a fairly good stipend and furnishings, etc. I doubt you will get many "tips" though.

First of all: Join a Druid group....become a mug-wumping "Affirming Catholic" (that is, "affirm" pan-sexual behavior and not the "Faith once delivered unto the saints"), speak boldly...but make sure it's out of both sides of your mouth - embrace all so-called Priestesses and Bishopettes as if they are really in Holy Orders, love homosexuals above all others, endorse the reading of the Koran in the Canterbury Cathedral, ignore the all of the pleas of the African Bishops whom your Church evangelized all too well (they actually believe what your missionaries taught them!!)....and, above all... protect heretics wherever they may be - especially the U.S. and Canada.
You'll be a shoe-in!

Grow a beard. Become a bleeding-heart liberal. Support all minority causes. Praise all religions except Christianity. Meddle in national politics when really you should butt out. Conversion to Islam will probably not adversely affect your chances.
