sometimes i wonder if i give my bf too much attention...so i guess i'm coming from the opposite point of view. It just sounds like you need your space so you can find yourself again - it seems like you're being a bit smothered. Hopefully you're at the point in your relationship where you could say, "hey, i've been feeling kind of smothered lately. I know you love me, you don't have to keep trying to prove it. Are you insecure about something or is it just me?" If not, now would be a good time to work on communication.
Any attempts to create space might backfire into him clinging even tighter, so be careful. You could make plenty of plans with your girl friends and see if you start to miss him. Sometimes i find that if i'm sick of my bf, spending a day with the girls makes me feel more grateful for him, especially if they're single and pining for boys.

What you call "getting sick of", I call "getting comfortable with". Think about it...don't you ever get sick of putting makeup on? But you're most comfortable with it on, so you bite the bullet and put it on. Some days, maybe you don't wear any at all. You take a day and just learn to be comfortable without the makeup. So, why don't you take a day off from the boyfriend? Not "space" or a "break", a "no-makeup-day" just for you!

There are normal people and abnormal people. One way to tell them apart is normal people like you more when you are loving and good to them. Abnormal people treat you like **** when you do this because they feel you have to be nice to them because they are so much better than you.
Since abnormal people are abnormal in almost every other way, you should get rid of them. Only a matter of time before a guy like this starts doing drugs, beating you and abandons you with a baby on the way.

I know what you mean! Your feelings naturally wax and wane, and when you feel like getting a little space and they feel like sticking to you it can be a little fustrating...plan some time away from him...it doesn't have to be break officially, just like a weekend when your busy or something, then if you see him again and it still feels like too much, it probably is, so tell him to back off (but you might want to phrase it a little nicer than that)

weird one. In one sense its great he loves you alot some men are very unimmotional. On the other hand thats how you get so many stalkers. love is great but if you feel to much or to little you need to sit down and have a serious talk. gl

Personally I have found my soul mate so I never feel like there's too much love. I feel like there can always be more love! Maybe you're just not meant to be together or you spend too much time with one another.

I dont think you can show too much love but I do think you shouldnt show so much love the first little while if you know what I mean... Show the person that you love that your love you feel is true not fake or childish

Yes. It has happened. I think that the challenge to get the love and attention gets lost once they are too lovey dovey.
