These 2 exercises concentrate on your "love handles". Do them 3x each. 1 stand upright, legs apart (shoulder wide) hands straight up both holding a broom or rod, now lean as far to one side and back .Do that 15x and then do it the other way.2 Sit down with your knees half drawn up (depending on your fitness) Hold your arms straight to one side( preferably holding a weight) now rotate your arms with the weight 50degrees and back slowly.Repeat15x.

Your BMI is 18.1. Most likely your body is in starvation mode and is trying to keep all that it can by causing you burn calories slowly. Also, exercise causes you to gain muscles which weighs more than fat and is more dense. I don't know how old you are but you could also just be developing. You may be trying top get rid of hips not love handles. My suggestion would be to do some research on Body Mass Index. This will give you an idea of healthy habits.

exercise can only do so much...you have to eat right too. And you are tiny! If you're exercising and eating right, it might just be-are you ready? You may have loose skin, it happens and there isn't a thing you can do for it besides surgery. But also consider, you may be the only one who "sees" these lovehandles before you go crazy trying to get rid of them. Ask your family and friends what they think...hopefully they can be honest, and lead you in the right direction. Cuz, hon, I can't imagine how at your height and weight love handles that would be visible to anyone but your own critical eye. :)

It would be weird for you to have love handles at that weight and height. Not impossible, just not normal. Your body fat should be pretty low, so I would bet that you are just seeing something that isn't really there. Get an opinion from someone you don't really know. Family and friends would be more likely to lie if you really do have love handles.

Actually, for your height, you are underweight. You should be approx 115-125 lbs for your height. You have insufficient body fat, and should consider eating better and exercising less.
Have your BMI checked. If you are less than 20, you are underweight and need help.

Toning exercises don't work? Do you eat alot of sweets or high fat foods that keep attaching to those areas?

I think you're seeing things that aren't there. If you weight 109 pounds, I think that's actually underweight for your height.
Everyone sees themselves differently to how they really are. Stop obsessing about your weight - YOU LOOK GREAT!

Ask the opinion of a Friend and accept what they tell you. You probably have a very distorted picture of yourself.

actually, thats normal for your height. but, if you want to lose weight and you haven't at all even though you exercised for 6 months, try to check your thyroid or take diet pills.
