The sea, with its constant motion and the ever present music of the waves, spellbinds me, but in the mountains, I am inspired and feel truly at home and at peace.

The mountains, because it's cooler and greener. You can still get ocean view from the mountains.

Well... depends... I wouldn't want to be too far into either, but if I had to choose, I'd do Ocean on the shore, and mountains up high.
