What would be the Ultimate health food shake? Regardless of taste... what are the healthiest things I could put in a blender?

you should just go to jamba juice, very healthy, no fat, and barely any calories. made from fresh fruit right in front of you.

That would encompass a lot of food. Shakes can be made from a variety of food items, but believe me you want it to taste good, so use sensible ingredients. To give you an example, here's one of mine shakes. I will share with you. One banana, your choice of powder supplement (one serving), one tablespoon of peanut butter, half serving of favorite yogurt, 12-16 ounces of skim milk and 4-5 ice cubes. Blend well and ENJOY!!

You need something with fiber (celery has lots of fiber), vitamins (fresh fruit) and protein (eggs). Something that cuts colesterol (oatmeal) and everything has to be ORGANIC and not genetically modified. Maybe some filtered water if it's too thick (distilled water is the best for you)

some beans, a wad of spinach, a handful of alfalfa sprouts, a cup of cooked oatmeal, a can of tuna, half a carrot, 2 ounces of squirrel meat, three olives-pits removed, 2 ounces of fresh-brewed coffee, half an apple, seven low-fat triskets crackers, and an onion.........Oh and send me a carrrot or two.
