If that's her parents' rule, she needs to abide by it. However, maybe she could invite him over to her house as a friend and he could meet her parents. If they get to know him and like him, they might be willing to bend the rules. What she SHOULDN'T do is sneak around behind their backs because that never ends well.

Don't be in any hurry to date! You kids are in too much of a hurry to grow-up. Enjoy your child hood, being a grown-up it's "Not all it's cracked up to be". If he really care's he will still be there when she's 16.

Have her say "oh I'm just goin out with some of my friends" and they say "who"? and she says oh your name, someone elses name, and some of her friends have the guy she likes and him know the plan so he gets picked up before she does. It'll work out I'm 12 and my friend whos 14 did that.

their way too young to be thinking about things like that. I say wait to date till you get into college. Besides, if they get together, they'll end up breaking up like a year later because their too young and inexperienced.

just wait, i wasn't supposed to date until i was sixteen and i didn't obey my parents, i regret it now, but if they are willing to wait their time together will be a lot more special and if they can't wait that long their feelings aren't true...
