I know the only way to loose weight/fat is with diet and exercise. I make time to exercise about 4 or 5 times a week with my husband he is like my personel trainer. However, I'm having problems with the diet part. I have never been fat, but i am the biggest now then i have ever been and i hate it. I have always had an issue with food A couple of years ago i had a terrible diet. I would only eat a lil salad all day long and if i ate summin other then that i would spit up about half of it. I don't do it any more but, i would like to have a good healthy diet and still loose weight. I still think about food and gaining weight constantly. Any ideas would be greatly appreicated.
