I installed new pads on front and back, bleed air from lines and added fluid. But booth lights are still on, what should I do next.

Ok, some background info. The red brake warning light is activated by one of three things, e-brake, differential of fluid pressure (more pressure at one set of wheels than the other), or low brake fluid level. The ABS light is activated by the ABS controller when it senses a problem with a sensor. Any time the red brake warning light is on from a pressure related problem, the yellow ABS warning light comes on because the computer has disabled ABS braking due to seeing the pressure problem. SO what i'm getting at is solve your pressure problem and the ABS light will go away with it UNLESS there are other ABS related problems.
Now, as to what your pressure problem is... that's a tricky one to guess from where i'm sitting, look closely for leaks, re-bleed the system, double check fluid level. Try tapping on the fluid level sensor (I can't remember if a '94 aerostar even has one) sometimes they stick. If all else fails it may be time to call on a trained pro to check system pressures and possibly electronics. Hope this helps.

try checking the master cylinder. the float for the fluid level sometimes sticks, and will cause both lights to be on (thinking the fluid level is low) you can try tapping the master, or pull the float up with a pick or awl. if that is not the problem, find out what the abs code is and go from there

We have a 2000 F150 and we are also having the ABS light issue. I have been told that the sensors are the problem.

the only way you'll find out is to have the abs system scanned
