Nothing exists for this. Neither the penis or testicles are made of muscle tissue. Physical exercise only increases the strength of muscle tissues, and because there isn't any muscle tissue in either of these they cannot and will not get "stronger".

What planet are you from if you don't know this already?

the more you exercise and steroids you take the smaller it gets and last lot less time also so you figure it out. best thing to do is leave it alone and let it work at its own speed.
