PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at

stay away from PAYPAL
They are the worst and I do believe one of these days people will wisen up and start a class action lawsuit against them.

I recommend trying http://www.cardservice.com/
after signing up with cardservices they will hook you up with your own payment systme through Linkpoint.com which is the control panel for all your sales and you can even process credit cards on your own through phone orders.

I use them and they are awesome. I was set up on a credit card system within 3 business days-The money gets deposited directly into my accont no third party such as paypal.Paypal screwed me over very badly and I lost $1,000.00 because of a fraudulent customer. PayPal never gave me any protection and I lost my product which I shipped and paypal took the funds right out of my account with no notice.

There are different services, but I haven't tried them personally. The one I know of is StormPay.com but I have heard that it's a giant scam. Paypal might give the users some hassles, but in the end I think it's the safest way to go.
