so im super hungry and i want to eat something healthy but eaisy to make and tastes good.... yeah any ideas? i could really use some help cause i have NO IDEA what i want!!!!

Chicken Salad Sandwich.

I can of white meat chicken
2 celery stalks
2 green onions chopped
3 tbsp slivered almonds
May, salt, pepper
2 tbsp Lemon juice

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and spread over you bread of choice.

Broil a salmon fillet and serve with couscous and fresh asparagus. For the dill sauce, combine 1/2 cup plain no fat yogurt with 1 TBS mayo, 1 TBS lemon juice, and 1/2 tsp. dill

some fish tacos.

white fish fillets, battered and deep fried and placed in a warm corn tortilla shell.
add some shredded cabbage
salsa
and anything else you like, like lime hot sauce etc!

what do you have in? I take boneless pork chops or chicken , put in a baking pan, with italian dressing, worcheshire sauce & seasonings. bake or broil, and a good veggie. tonite we had pork chops & brussel sprouts.

make chicken salad..buy the tysons chicken strips..the cripsy ones,,add lettuce,eggs,cucumbers, carrots,chicken if u want cheese crutons and dressing..i didint think it would fill me up but it does and its really good and fast to make!
