We never talk in person, he is single, and everyone says that he is so sweet. I really want to be friends with him again but he never talks to me. I feel like he doesnt like me because i am not the most popular or something. Boys will be boys, but i am really in need of him. I think. We havent talked (in person) since 2nd grade. Should i just move on? Advice?

NOOOOOOOO!!!! Don't abandon him!
First of all, walk up to him in the hall, during lunch, or whatever and say, "Hey so-and-so! Seems we haven't talked in a while, what's been going on?" Then you let it go from there.
If he completely blows you off, you need to let him go permanently, he apperently doesn't see what a great person you are. =]
If you do start talking again tell him it seems you two have made better connections than you have in a long time and maybe moving on to more things than friendship. Tell him that you do in fact see you two being more than friends. If he blows you off then tell him that he's missing out on something great.

i understand what its prefer to love a guy at 9...nicely i distinctly plenty have forgotten via now cuz im in seventh grade, that's kinda far faraway from fourth.....in any case :P attempt for a guy on your grade point, cuz whilst i grew to become into in fourth grade, the 5th graders by no ability even observed us...nicely i didnt stay on an identical street as any of them, yet nonetheless. he probable purely likes you as a chum or a baby sister and has another female buddy or overwhelm in his grade. to no longer convey you down or something, yet as you improve older age transformations will seem much less and much less significant, yet for now, stick to different men ur age :)

try to say hi or something.. but if that doesnt work, dont even think of him, if he does something to try to talk then go ahead and talk but dont be waitng and waiting- if he doesnt want to be friends, its his loss!
