i know this may be a weird/gross question but here i go, I sweat a lot but mostly during everyday life. when im at cheerleading practice i sweat just as much as everyone else but when im walking around on my highschool campus i get sweat marks like crazy. even when its snowing if i have a shirt on for only 1 min you can see sweat marks. people say its healthy to swea but it makes me very uncomfortable i sweat even through sweatshirts. im not a heavy girl eith im tiny and have a nice body not to float my own boat but i have no fat at all. i dont understand why i sweat so much. i can't were t-shirts because im so embarresed by my sweat. what can i do. and yes i have tried every anti-persperant/deoderant in the book.

You can try something like DrySol which may help. Another alternative is to use Botox injections under the arms which then paralyzes the muscles that are used to excrete sweat. This lasts about 6 months or so and is very effective. It may be covered by your insurance. This can be done by a dermatologist.

I have been like that all my life and finally at the age of 47 its getting a little better but on occassion i will get hot. Weird suppose to get hot flashes at this age but i had so many of them as a young girl I don't get many now when I should be. I hated it always sweat more then everyone else and when its warm I still do sometimes......very very embarrassing! I feel for you as i have been there!

Ask a doctor about this. Yes, it is normal. There are medications that can reduce the amount of sweating.
