Tell her and try to tell her so she will understand it and if she doesn't listen then just say okey. I don't care.

If you know you are telling the truth, then I would find a new therapist! Trust level between the client and therapist is a must

if you are being honest with yourself and her, then you need to discuss with her why there is a level of distrust, if you are not satisfied after that with your relationship. get another therapist. before you do, try hard to resolve your trust issues with this one. after all she's not you friend she is your therapist. she doest have to agree with you to help you. however without a professional level of trust between you two, very little productivity will be accomplished. hang in there and listen carefully to her reasons for skepticism. she may have a point.

I'd say it's time to find a new therapist. Talk to your GP and ask for a recommendation. If you have a EAP service at work, try that.

Get a new therapist. Unless you're lying to her, in which case compliment her on her outstanding perception.

Discuss it with your therapist because they are not paid to think you are liar, they are paid to listen. Find a different one that will take the time to listen instead of judging,
