a big topic. But did you hear about this mother in Chigaco who is an illegal who is getting deported. But who as a son who is American. If she says. This will be a big change.I If she leaves nothing new. So you think she should stay, or go? I think she should stay. But I am bias. For two reasons. I don't thinka child should loose his mother like this, and I believe in legalizing immigrants. I belive we should have not a total open door policy to immigration. But a doggy door policy to immigration. Thanks for the input.

Cost of immigration to Americans.

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION
cuts into the wages of American Workers
To The Tune Of Some $ 200 Billion (With A "B") Annually
According to Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.),
who is head of the Congressional Immigration Reform Caucus,
"Massive immigration of low-skilled, low-wage workers
depresses wage rates
for people who are at the low economic end of the scale.
The overall effect will be
the decline of the living standard of every American,
or most Americans."

According to TNRIP,
the financial cost of this foreign invasion
to U.S. taxpayers is staggering!
Here is a break down of the annual costs:

This Estimate Does NOT Include
The Some $39 Billion (Again With A "B")
UNTAXED US Dollars Exported Annually
In The Form Of Remittances

($39 Billion Is Exported ANNUALLY To MEXICO ALONE
BILLIONS Of More US Dollars
Are Exported To Nations OTM
By ILLEGAL ALIENS To Their Families At Home)

How old is the son? If he is old enough to make his own decision it would be up to him whether he stays or not. There was a case like this some years back where the son decided to stay here. The mother should have came into the country legally to begin with. We have to abide by our own laws and if people come here from other countrys they must abide by those same laws. Why should we give preference to them when we don't our own citizens. I think you should do some studying on the subject before jumping to conclusions like you have. Legal citizens are doing with out health care while illegals are given health care for free. You call that fair? I don't.

1.) I think that for a Mother to use her child as some type of protection should be considered abuse. This is mental abuse and should not be tolerated.
2.) She is trying to take advantage of the Govt. because she is the one who decided to have her child here. She knew the laws before she had that child.
3.) Does anyone have any idea how many children are born here in the USA daily to illegal immigrants, MANY. We cannot just start handing out documents because they gave birth here.
4.) I think the State should step in and threaten to take this child for this nonsence and then see how bad she wants to stay.
SHE IS AN EMBARASSMENT!

Yeah, I just saw her on the news. She was deported back in 1997. Then she came back illegally and made her way to Chicago. The more I find out about her, and her history of being deported before, sounds like she had the child in hopes to stay. I think they need to go ahead and legalize her, and get it over with. I don't think a child should be separated from the mother either, no matter what her intentions were. :)

He needs to go with his Mother.I don't care where he was born, his Mother is illegal therefore he is too.The law should be that the child is a citizen of the Mothers' country. No exceptions.

The mother and son don't need to be seperated, she can take him with her. Mexico laws says that a child born to a Mexican national, is a citizen of Mexico.

It is called Setting The Presedence

if the kid and mom stay, any other alien who is due to be deported will hide in a church, and get to stay.

The more we give in to the anchor baby tactic, the more the illegals will use it. Why do we even bother to label them illegals, there is virtually no enforcement anyway.

I have zero faith that our spineless government will ever really confront this problem.

Send her back with the child. If she stays then all the illegal women would start popping out baby`s..
It should be a lesson learned to anyone that is illegal.
Deportation!!!
