I hate when it rains. I don't like having rain in my hair and I hate the atmosphere--so gloomy and depressing. The chilliness isn't too great either.
I love when it snows because I love looking out in the morning and seeing snow covering the ground. It makes everything so bright and I feel at home.

I am 76 years old and there has been storms and sunshine. Actually pretty much the same.

i sleep much better when it rains
i feel alot sleepier in the winter
when the sun shines so do i
and when i get pelted by hail i dont feel so good
