I'm not quite sure what you're asking. The Peg Perego Prima Pappa Rocker High Chair with Red Leatherette fabric is ... well .. a High Chair, not a stroller.

If you are actually looking for the high chair, then $130 is a good price for one. The prices that I am seeing are in the $140 to $200 range.
