There really is no right or wrong scenario for what you have asked. It really is all about personal preference.
You are right that if you eat before working out your body will be able to use the food energy as it is absorbed into your bloodstream, but some people feel sick if they do this, so obviously it would not be a good idea for them to do this.
You have to do what makes your body feel the best.

Taking a nap, especially in mid-day, is not only very normal, but quite healthy. Don't try to push yourself to stay awake, as being tired is your body's way of telling you that it needs a rest.
Also, if you are looking to lose weight, it is better to run before eating, that way, when you run, you do not have to burn the calories that you have just eaten; therefore, you can go right to burning the fat.

There is nothing wrong with taking a little nap after a workout.
Your body is tired and resting gives it the opportunity to heal.
Eat after your workout. You continue to burn calories for something like half an hour after you work out. If you eat before you work out you are going to make yourself sick.

Just make sure after your work out you give your body hydration. Drink water, but even better, eat a peach or some watermelon. A juicy fruit is best for eating after work outs. But remember your body does need energy beforehand too, something light to eat before you run so you don't make youreslf sick and drink water of course.
I learned the fruit tip on some TV show about exercising and what not.

Can you get up a little later to run? Or mabey you are running to far or too often? Feeling a little tired after a run is normal but if you are on the verge of passing out after every run, there is something not quite right. You might be B12 deficient, but I would start with the simple things first. If you can, get up a little later and run a little less often and/or not quite as far.

No topic what vitamin your on, every person demands an afternoon to splurge on energy, simply to think yummy for your tummy (lol). Sometimes the first-class aspect of figuring out is understanding that while you do devour slightly extra or worse than common that you know the way to preserve manipulate and will experience meals with out fear. Sometimes it is well so that you can deal with your self... it is well for the soul. Of path sparsely (like as soon as every week as you acknowledged). And congratulations on striving to hold a healthful culture on this chubby country. That takes plenty of field and merits slightly freedom now and again.

i think you should eat before you work out.
maybe you should start your run later at like 6 so you don't feel as tired because you got more sleep.
