Please tell me whats wrong and what to do

thats verry bad it should be awake and alert all day you need to take it to a vet it could be verry sick so please do this

Some parrots may need up to 12-14 hours of sleep. Maybe cover up its cage earlier in the evening to let it get extra sleep or leave it alone in the morning for a few hours. My birds do oocassionally take naps during the day, but I try to let them get pelnty of sleep at night.

yes they can sleep any time during the day. if its cooped up in its cage all day it will probally do that but if its out of the cage and sleeping then bring it to a vet office for birds or check at your local zoo for more info.
