I read that the BMI is not very good or very precise on your weight, next time you're friend go'es to the doctor get the doctor to weogh them and the doctor will tell you're friend weather they are within the realms of weight to hight ratio.

Well, it seems that if someone told her what her BMI is they would tell her if it's good or bad. I don't think that's bad though. This is a pretty good site and it explains the results of your BMI:
